England Lions win in Duleep Trophy

England Lions beat Central Zone by 5 wickets.

The WCA are proud to have helped in the development of the top 8 for England Lions, and this was proved in their 4th innings run chase with Michael Carberry recording a century, and 50s from Mike Yardy and Ed Joyce. Jonathon Trott and Adil Rashid saw the Lions home.

Bermuda under 19s vs Maharashtra under 19s

Bermuda lost to Maharashtra under 19s by 87 runs on Sunday.

Maharatra batted first, and were bowled out for 294 in 48.3 overs. Jordan de Silva was the pick of the Bermudan bowling, with 5 for 43 off 9 overs.

In reply, Bermuda were indebted to an amazing exhibition of big hitting from Malachi Jones. Jones smashed 136 off 73 balls with 12 sixes and 12 fours. The Bermudans were all out for 207 in the 35th over.

Bermuda under 19s vs Maharashtra One Day XI

Bermuda lost to Maharashtra's One Day XI by 10 wickets on Saturday.

Batting first, Bermuda were bowled out for 129 in 40 overs, and Maharashtra knocked them off in 10.3 overs

Bermuda under 19s at the WCA

Bermuda under 19s have arrived in India on their Pre-World Cup warm up.

They travel straight to Pune, for two matches, then return to Mumbai on Monday.
