WCA Progressing in Atlanta and South East Region USA

WCA Head Coach Monty Desai's "Atlanta Rising Stars" Team is a project which is being well supported by the Asian Community in Atlanta.

The main goal is to be become one of the best progressive Academies in 5 years time in the USA and to develop young cricketers in different age group categories from under 13 to under 19.

This will eventually graduate in to the elite group cricket for participating in Senior level leagues conducted by Atlanta Georgia Cricket Conference (http://www.atlantacricket.org/), where the best performing cricketer will be selected for the USA National team (www.usaca.org).

Two Youngsters - Japen Patel and Zibran Gul who attended the WCA Camps in India are already performing brilliantly in the local leagues and in South East Regional Tournament.

Check the news for many other youngsters who were coached by WCA Head Coach Mrugang Desai while participating in South East Regional Tournament while representing Atlanta at www.atlantacricket.org.

WCA Launches New Wrist Strengthening Device For Spinners

The WCA in line with its appetite for innovation, and constantly in search for that extra inch to improve the skills of players learning this sport, have launched a device which all spinners should have in their kit bags and constantly rotate to develop vital strength in their wrists.
